Daddy Post: Just some random pictures of our days with the girls. We made a trip to Stark Street Pizza to visit the bear (Ruby has been obsessed with The Fox & the Hound which has a great bear scene that she likes to watch over and over) while cousin Dave's Wall St. Pizza was still getting ready. Stark Street Pizza was a childhood haunt of my family after Mom and Dad's softball games. Not much has changed and that's a good thing. Tonight we visited Dave's NEW Wall Street Pizza and enjoyed a good pie with Grandma. Congrats to Dave. Keep up the good work.
The other pictures show Ruby's signature red hat that seems to find a place on her head 80% of her waking day. Ruby was also excited by some new mittens which she was eager to test by giving free hugs. Willa is growing like a weed and showing off her shining personality. It isn't uncommon for her and Ruby to get into a smiling contest with one another. It's evident that they already adore one another which makes both Marty and I exceptionally happy.
Marty is heading back to work tomorrow for the first time since going on maternity leave. Willa will enter Ruby's daycare on April 1 so until that time Marty will be working 10 hour days on Thursday and Friday. After April 1 Marty will go back to working four tens Tuesday through Friday. Thursday will be just Willa and I while on Fridays I'll be playing daddy daycare with both girls. More work than actual employment, but I'm looking forward to it. Hope all is well with everyone.
