Based on my calculations, if she keeps up at this exponential rate (doubling in size every 4 months), at my age (29 years), she will weigh
20lbs*2^(29 years*12months/year/4months-1)=
1.5 x 10^27 pounds
or
1.5 billion billion billion pounds
That's about 100 times the mass of the earth.
